Our Mission Statement

Our mission is to design, manufacture and install innovative wardrobe and storage joinery. To store and make accessible clothes and personal effects in line with our clients’ needs and to ensure a quality finish that meets and surpasses client expectations.

We deliver on this promise by providing a clear design along with information to make decisions on any modifications and finish options tailored to suit your requirements. Our quality designs pay careful attention to form and proportion ensuring these ideas are transformed to a functional design.

Our manufacturing techniques use both modern and traditional construction methods using only high grade materials and fittings.  A better understanding of our clients’ needs; quality control and project management expertise from design through to installation ensures we avoid surprises on delivery.

Our Story

In May 2005, brothers Steve and Peter Harvey worked on an idea of a joinery company specialising in wardrobes and storage solutions. Both Steve and Peter have extensive backgrounds in the joinery and building industry and recognised a need for quality, functional products which are guaranteed 100%.

The research, development and refinement began and Whole Wardrobes set out a range of products with which we were confident to release to the market.

Ann Richardson joined the team as Sales and Marketing Manager, bringing her expertise and experience in interior design, as well as sales and marketing.

Whole Wardrobes dedication to delivering exceptional service and quality custom joinery has been well received by the homeowners and the building trade throughout Nelson and Marlborough. The majority of housing companies and builders in our area are using our wardrobes and storage joinery. The demand from these companies, as well as a growing number of orders from private homeowners,  has seen Whole Wardrobes need to expand into a custom built manufacturing facility.

Whole Wardrobes is also delighted to be supplying custom storage joinery in regions outside Nelson such as Kaikoura, West Coast and Christchurch.

Whole Wardrobes market share around Nelson and farther afield continues to grow along with the desire to continually improve and develop it’s storage products.
